AT&T not all bad....
This past week I had maxed out my minutes on my phone. I also had gone over my minutes the last two months in a row. A last minute business trip came up and I was in a bind. I decided to call AT&T and see what they could do.
The agent was extremely helpful. I explained my predicament and she said she thought she could help. She proceeded to give me 500 more minutes for the month which I was very greatful for. She then proceeded to review my last statement and said I had been a good customer over the last two years and felt they could help more by crediting my account $200.00! for my previous overages. I wasn’t even angling for a credit just some minutes to get me by. Not bad I must say.
